The British Music Experience

Liverpool stands out as a key location in the United Kingdom’s musical landscape, and the British Music Experience showcases this through its engaging exhibits. With over 600 personal items from the most significant artists of the 20th and 21st centuries, this venue is a true celebration of music culture.

Among the treasures on display are outfits worn by stars such as Freddie Mercury, Dusty Springfield, Adam Ant, and Mick Jagger. The collection also features a variety of instruments played by celebrated musicians, including those belonging to Roger Taylor of Queen, the Sex Pistols, and Ian Curtis.

Furthermore, you will have the chance to view Adele’s handwritten lyrics and enjoy a selection of classic hits from the British pop and rock scene. Iconic music videos will be shown on large screens throughout the British Music Experience museum, enriching your visit.

Opening Hours

The British Music Experience welcomes visitors during the following hours:

From April 1 to August 31: Open daily from 10 am to 5 pm
From September 1 to 30: Wednesday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm
From October 1 to 31: Open daily from 10 am to 5 pm

Note that the final admission occurs at 3:45 pm on all days.
