Beginning at 10 am, the cruises leave every 40 minutes from four key piers in central London:

Westminster Pier
Greenwich Pier
Tower Millennium Pier
London Eye Pier

Operational Details

Tickets are available for a 24-hour consecutive usage. Within this period, you can hop on and off at any of the four piers unlimited times, and you can begin your adventure from any location.

While you may see a midnight time when reserving, it is simply a placeholder indicating flexibility in scheduling. You can initiate your river journey at any time during the operational hours provided.
A family ticket accommodates up to 2 adults and 3 children aged between 5 and 16.

You must show your voucher to a staff member of City Cruises in one of their ticket offices at Westminster Pier, Tower Millennium Pier or Greenwich Pier. You will be given your river cruise tickets and other selected attraction tickets. Tickets will not be validated at the London Eye Pier.
