Our adventure begins at Mesón Los Llanos, where we will gather at the designated time. You will receive all the necessary equipment for the exciting Camaleño via ferrata, which combines hiking and climbing. This trail features fixed cables, ladders, bridges, and other supportive tools to ensure a safe ascent, making it accessible to participants of varying skill levels. This experience is sure to pump up your adrenaline!

Once equipped, we’ll proceed to the starting point of the Camaleño via ferrata, renowned as one of the finest in Cantabria. As you embark on this adventure, you can look forward to an exciting route that includes navigating a Tibetan bridge and climbing a vertical wall, all while enjoying breathtaking sights of the Picos de Europa mountains.

Your guide will be there to assist during the more challenging sections of the climb. After reaching the summit, take a moment to relax and enjoy the remarkable views over Los Llanos village and the Eastern Massif of the Picos de Europa. The panorama makes every step worthwhile!

As the adventure concludes, we will make our way back to our starting point, wrapping up this thrilling via ferrata experience after approximately three action-packed hours.

Requirements

Participants must be a minimum height of 1.60 m (5 ft 2 in).
This activity is not recommended for individuals with mobility impairments.
Minors need to be accompanied by an adult responsible for them.

Informations importantes

On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the parking lot of Mesón Los Llanos, located in Barrio Los LLanos, s/n, 39582 Los Llanos, Cantabria, Spain. Please be ready at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.

Due to the works in the gorge of La Hermida, we recommend you leave at least 45 minutes in advance in case you have to cross this area to get to the meeting point. In case of late arrival, you will not be able to do the tour and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Please note

The minimum height to participate is 1.60 m (5 ft 2 in).
This activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or disabilities.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
This activity is not suitable for people who suffer from vertigo or fear of heights. Although this is an easy-level via ferrata, it's necessary to be in fairly good shape.
Please wear hiking boots or hiking shoes appropriate for walking on uneven and slippery terrain.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes, climbing shoes, and a backpack with water.
