The journey commences at 10 am, meeting in front of the Tourist Office located at the iconic Place Bellecour, as we set off on an engaging experience for wine aficionados.

After a brief 30-minute drive south, we reach the esteemed Côte-Rôtie vineyards. Accompanied by your guide, you'll navigate the challenging slopes where the vines thrive, uncovering the secrets behind this unique red wine with its designated origin. To enhance this segment of the excursion, a tasting of 5 to 6 wines awaits you, including Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, and, naturally, Côte-Rôtie. Can you identify the distinct aromas in each sip?

Following the vineyard experience, you will have an hour to explore the winery, its grounds, and savor local culinary delights before heading towards the Hermitage vineyards.

Our next stop is a vineyard located in the northern Rhone Valley, specifically on the left bank of the river. The region's favorable climate contributes to the delightful wine, which showcases notes of red fruits and floral hints. Here, we will sample another 5 to 6 different wines.

Then, a leisurely walk takes us to the summit of Hermitage Hill, allowing you to take in breathtaking views of the surrounding Rhone Valley.

As the day concludes, we will return to the starting point in Lyon, arriving approximately by 6 pm.
