Description

We'll commence our experience at your selected time next to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. From here, our path leads us to Praça da Independência, where the Statue of Samora Machel stands proudly, a tribute to Mozambique’s independence leader.

Continuing our excursion, we’ll stroll past the Franco-Mozambican Cultural Center and Casa de Ferro, two places steeped in history. Our exploration will then take us through the serene Tunduru Gardens and the Central Market, where we will have a chance to uncover an array of traditional local products.

Our next destination is the Maputo Central Railway Station. As we make our way there, we will also pass by the capital’s first Mosque. The railway station might look familiar, as it was featured in the film Blood Diamond!

The tour will conclude at the historic Fortress of Maputo, where we will take a moment to appreciate its enduring walls and discuss its crucial role in history.

After an enriching, 3-hour adventure, we will return to our initial meeting point.
