Itinerary

The journey commences with a pickup from your hotel in Muscat, leading you into the heart of the Arabian Peninsula for a full day immersed in the iconic forts of Oman.

Our first destination is Birkat Al Mawz, an intriguing abandoned town, constructed in the 17th century at the base of the Jebel Akhdar Mountain, often referred to as the "green mountain". This site is sure to captivate!

Following this, we'll proceed to the remarkable historic center of Nizwa, acknowledged as the “cultural capital” of Oman. Here, we will dedicate an hour to explore the city, taking in the exterior of the fortress, renowned for its 360-degree cannon tower. Additionally, we will stroll through the souk market before pausing at a local restaurant for a meal and a short rest.

Next, we will travel by bus to Jabrin Castle, which was built in the 17th century. It is regarded as one of the best-preserved castles in the country, distinguished by its ornately carved wooden doors and beams. Be sure to look up at the beautifully designed ceiling!

In conclusion, we will head back to Muscat, with a stop at the Oman Avenue Mall, where you can purchase souvenirs or enjoy a drink. Finally, we will drop you off at your hotel in Muscat.
