Cola de Caballo Waterfall & Santiago Pueblo Mágico

Discover the breathtaking Cola de Caballo waterfall on this remarkable excursion from Monterrey. Along the route, we will also explore the stunning Velo de Novia waterfall.

Activity Overview

At the scheduled time, our team will collect you from your hotel in Monterrey. We will then embark on a 45-minute journey towards the Cola de Caballo waterfall, a breathtaking natural wonder in Nuevo Leon.

Upon arrival, we will walk along the footbridge that leads directly to the waterfall. Here, enjoy an unparalleled view of this incredible spectacle as the water cascades forcefully. Be sure to have your camera ready for some fantastic shots! We will also make a stop at the Velo de Novia waterfall, which, while smaller, is just as captivating.

Following our time at the waterfalls, we will continue to the town of Santiago, recognized as one of Mexico's "Pueblos Mágicos". En route, we will pause at a local eatery where you can spend an hour for lunch (not included) before proceeding to Santiago.

Once we arrive, we'll enjoy a leisurely stroll through the historical center, seeking out iconic sights such as the church of Santiago Apóstol and the viewpoint of Santiago.

At the conclusion of the tour, we will return to the minibus and head back to your hotel in Monterrey, with an estimated return time of between 6 to 8 hours.

This tour includes pickup from accommodations situated in the downtown area of Monterrey. If you are based in other locations, we will instead meet at the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey.
