At the designated time, our team will meet you at your hotel or a central meeting point in Nassau to kick off a private tour. This experience will provide insights into the rich history and renowned landmarks of the Bahamas' capital.
As we tour Nassau, you will appreciate the stunning facade of the Bahamas Parliament, recognized for its charming pink hue, and stroll through Rawson Square. Nearby, we will visit a well-known local bakery, the Rum Cake Factory, for a delightful tasting experience.
Our journey continues to Montagu Beach, where you can admire its inviting turquoise waters. Did you know this beach served as a filming location for one of the Jaws movies? We will then cross the bridge leading to Paradise Island, where the magnificent Atlantis Paradise Bahamas resort, featured in the James Bond film Casino Royale, awaits.
Next on our itinerary is the Queen's Staircase, famously known as the 66 Steps, which honors Queen Victoria. We will then make a stop by Graycliff to enjoy a toast with wine paired with chocolate. Our adventure will take us to Fort Charlotte, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the island.
The tour will also highlight Arawak Cay, a tribute to the indigenous people whom Christopher Columbus encountered upon his arrival in the archipelago.
Throughout our exploration, we will dive into Nassau's turbulent past, including the impact of piracy. You’ll be captivated by the intriguing tales and the profound history associated with these events!
We will conclude our tour back at the initial meeting point after approximately 3 hours.
Pickup
During the booking process, you can select whether you prefer to be picked up from your hotel in Nassau or if you wish to meet at our designated spot, Señor Frogs restaurant.
