Tour Description

We will gather at your chosen time in the central square known as Piazza Italia de Neive. Are you prepared to uncover the significant sites within one of Piedmont's hidden gems?

Starting from this vibrant square situated in the heart of the Langhe region, we'll admire the colorful facades framing the town hall, an exemplary manifestation of Piedmontese Rococo architecture.

As we ascend through the quaint streets of the village perched atop a hill, we will encounter delightful brick homes and fascinating historic structures. You will also see elegant baroque villas, the picturesque Castelborgo Gardens from the outside, and visit the San Michele Church.

Our journey continues toward Pian Castello, where we will find Casaforte Dei Conti Cotti Di Ceres, a majestic palace dating back to the 13th century. Here, we’ll ascend the Bell Tower to enjoy panoramic views encompassing Langhe, Roero, and Monferrat, all recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

We will conclude our exploration with a visit to the Donna Selvatica Museum. This is where we delve into the world of grappa and learn about the legacy of Romano and Lidia Levi, siblings dedicated to crafting this spirit with dedication and respect for tradition for over six decades.

After approximately one hour, our tour will end at the entrance of the museum.
