This ticket grants you access to over 40 rooms dedicated to nature and the universe.
General Admission + 1 Ticketed Exhibition
This option allows you to enjoy over 40 rooms in addition to one of the following experiences: the Davis Family Butterfly Vivarium, the Invisible Worlds exhibition, a film on the giant screen, the astronomical program at the Hayden Planetarium, or other ticketed exhibitions.
General Admission + Access to All Ticketed Exhibitions
With this ticket, you'll have entry to over 40 rooms and the opportunity to explore two or more temporary exhibitions at the museum, including the Davis Family Butterfly Vivarium, the Invisible Worlds exhibition, a film screening on the giant screen, the astronomical show of the Hayden Planetarium, along with other exhibitions requiring tickets.

Invisible Worlds
Venture into the hidden realms of nature, spanning from the ocean's depths to the intricate strands of DNA within living beings. This remarkable experience is hosted in the museum's 360° immersive theater.
Encounters in the Milky Way
The new cosmic show, narrated by Pedro Pascal, takes you on a time-traveling journey exploring the astronomical events that shape our galaxy. Discover the unexpected encounters that have defined our position in the cosmos.
Life at the Limits
The extraordinary characteristics of nature’s champions are showcased, revealing the remarkable "superpowers" developed by some unique species to thrive in extreme environments.
Giant Screen Film
The LeFrak Theater boasts a massive screen measuring 40 ft tall and 65 ft wide (12 m tall and 20 m wide) along with a cutting-edge digital audio system. Here, nature-inspired films are screened. The venue is wheelchair accessible and offers subtitles and audio description options.
Davis Family Butterfly Vivarium
Year-round, visitors can experience this immersive exhibition, where you can observe up to 1,000 butterflies fluttering freely.
Impact: The End of the Age of Dinosaurs
The age of dinosaurs could still be ongoing today, were it not for a monumental event that altered everything. This display delves into the historical context before and after the catastrophic asteroid impact that occurred sixty-six million years ago, coinciding with an explosion of life that ensued.
Special Exhibition: The World Cup Comes to the Museum!
This year, the museum is enthusiastically celebrating sporting achievement and the spirit of soccer with exclusive exhibits:
- For the Win: Objects of Sports Excellence (starting May 15): an exhibition honoring the tradition of using precious metals and gems to celebrate victory. It features over 70 artifacts, including trophies and rings from various sports. Available with all ticket types.
- Goal Zone (from May 18 to September 13, 2026): an interactive area for all ages where you can hone your skills as a goalkeeper or forward. Accessible only with temporary exhibition tickets.
- World Cup Live (starting June 11): catch every goal! The museum will be showing all World Cup matches prior to 5 pm on the giant screen in the LeFrak Theater and other main halls. Included in all ticket types.
