How It Works

Flexible Usage

This voucher is not an entrance ticket. It cannot be redeemed for paper tickets nor is it valid to access any of the tourist attractions.
Your confirmation email includes an attachment. Please check that the PDF document contains the passes you have purchased with one QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, please contact us via our web contact form.
Your pass is not activated by downloading it. To use your card, you'll need to show the QR code that appears on your mobile pass at the entrance of the attractions you wish to visit. You'll need to download and save the PDF on your mobile device and scan your pass at the entrance of the various attractions you want to visit.
Prior Reservation
Prior reservations are required in order to be able to visit most attractions. We recommend that you visit the official website for up-to-date information on attractions, including reservations, admission instructions, hours of operation, and helpful tips for planning your visit.
The Go City: New York Essentials Pass offers absolute flexibility: decide which attractions and viewpoints you want to visit on the go.
New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises, and Liberty Super Express Cruise. For these attractions, in particular, check all the tips included in the digital guide and app, to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.
Local bank holidays may affect the opening hours of the attractions included in the pass. Please keep in mind that you'll not be refunded (partially or totally) if the attractions are closed on local public holidays.
Card Validity
The Go City: New York Explorer Pass allows access to the viewpoint and the 2 attractions you choose once. Although during the booking process you'll be asked for a starting day, you can use the service for the following 1 year from the indicated date.
The pass is activated with your first visit. From this moment, it expires after 30 days.
Children Under 3
Children under 3 do not need a pass, as they can enter all attractions and viewpoints for free.
