Go City: The New York Pass® – Unlimited Attractions for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 10 days

This voucher isn't a ticket. You cannot access the tourist attractions with this voucher not redeem it for entrance tickets.

Your confirmation email includes a PDF attached. Please check that the file contains the tourist passes with a QR code for each person. If you do not receive a PDF, please contact us via our web form.

Downloading the electronic pass will not activate it. To do this, you simply need to present the QR code that appears on your electronic pass at the entrance of the attractions. You must save the PDF compatible with mobile devices so that you can easily open it and show it on your mobile phone to access the attractions.

How Does It Work?

You'll need to make a reservation for the majority of attractions. We recommend checking the guidebook to get up-to-date information about the attractions, such as bookings, entry instructions, operational times and top tips for planning your visit.

New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises, and Liberty Super Express Cruise. For these attractions in particular, check all the tips included in the digital guide and app to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.

The local bank holidays can affect the opening times of some attractions included in the Pass. The total or partial cost of the tourist card will not be refunded if the attractions are closed during public holidays.

Pass Validity

The Pass is validated when you first use it. We recommend validating it early in the morning to get the most out of the card. You'll need to show the card that you'll have been sent by email. 

Although a start date is requested at the time of booking, you can use the service for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The New York Pass® is personal and non-transferable. It is only valid for consecutive calendar days.

You will have free entry to all the attractions included in The New York Pass® while it is still valid.

You can visit each attraction once with The New York Pass®. You can choose which attractions to visit and it is the responsibility of the cardholder.
