Aruba Off-Roading Tour
Description
The Arikok National Park, the vibrant street art of San Nicolas, the historic Bushiribana Ruins, and the picturesque California Lighthouse are just a glimpse of what awaits you on this comprehensive off-road expedition in Aruba. Prepare for an unforgettable exploration of the island!
Tour Overview
Your journey will kick off with a pickup from your accommodation in Aruba, setting the course toward the island’s southern region. As we progress, you will pass the tranquil Mangel Halto and Santo Largo, ultimately arriving in San Nicolas, recognized as the “Sunrise City.”
Upon reaching San Nicolas, you'll have the chance to stroll through its streets and appreciate the vibrant murals and street art that narrate the island's past. Next, the excursion will lead you to the serene Baby Beach, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim and snorkel for approximately 40 minutes in its calm, shallow waters. During the journey, you will pass the notable Red Anchor, learning about its significance along the way.
The adventure continues into the core of Arikok National Park. Our initial stop will be at the Fontein Cave, where you can observe the intriguing petroglyphs crafted by the Arawak Indians. To enhance this experience, there will be a brief moment to relax with your feet in a natural pond.
Next, we will venture toward the park's most renowned attraction, the Conchi natural pool, a breathtaking formation of volcanic rock. Here, you will have the opportunity to take a rejuvenating swim and snorkel for about 30 minutes.
As the afternoon unfolds, we will pause for lunch. A light meal awaits at Studio Murano Art, where you will also experience a glass-blowing demonstration by talented local artisans.
Following lunch, we will proceed north, making a brief stop for 10 minutes at the renowned Aruba Natural Bridge. Afterward, we will pass by the Bushiribana Ruins and the Wariruri Baby Bridge, delving into the island's gold rush history.
Your adventure will then lead us to the Alto Vista Chapel, the oldest Catholic church in Aruba. Ultimately, we will arrive at the island's northernmost point, the California Lighthouse, while passing the North Cape and scenic dunes. From this vantage point, you can enjoy breathtaking views before we conclude the tour and return to your hotel, bidding farewell approximately 8 hours later.
