Operational Details

Your passes will be delivered to you, and they will be activated once you redeem them by boarding your first metro or bus. At that point, you will enjoy 1 or 2 full days, based on your selection, of unlimited access to Osaka's metro and bus services.

It is important to note that this pass is not valid for buses heading to Universal Studios Japan and IKEA. Furthermore, it cannot be used for the Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu, or any other railways connected to the Osaka metro system.

This pass is intended exclusively for non-Japanese citizens.

Osaka's metro and bus services function daily from 5 am until midnight.

Children Under 6

Children below the age of 6 can travel free on both the metro and buses in Osaka. Each purchasing adult is permitted to accompany up to two children under this age.

This voucher is not valid for traveling on the metro and bus in Osaka. A few hours after booking, you'll receive the voucher from our provider, Be my Guest, which you must redeem for the physical pass at one of the offices indicated on the following document.

If you do not receive your voucher within 72 hours, please contact us through our contact form.

Please note that your pass will not be valid for buses that go to Universal Studios Japan™ and IKEA. They will also not be valid for the Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu railways, or other railways that share lines with the metro in Osaka.
