Ferry Journey to the Phi Phi Islands

Arrive at the chosen time at the Rassada port in Phuket to present your ticket. From there, you will embark on a boat and navigate the Andaman Sea towards the breathtaking Phi Phi Islands.

After a two-hour journey, you will arrive at the Ton Sai pier. Here, you have the freedom to explore the islands at your leisure. Whether you choose to go on excursions, scuba diving, snorkeling, or simply bask in the sun on the pristine sandy beaches, the possibilities are endless!

Alternatively, venture into the town center to savor the flavors of local cuisine and immerse yourself in the lifestyle of the islanders, offering a rich cultural experience!

Hotel Pickup Service

You have the option to include a hotel pickup service for your convenience. If you choose this addition, we will collect you from your hotel in Phuket using a shared minibus.

This pickup is available exclusively in Phuket Town, Patong, Kata, and Karon. The scheduled pickup times are:

Phuket Town: between 10:00 am and 10:15 am or 2:00 pm to 2:15 pm.
Patong, Kata, and Karon: between 9:00 am and 9:15 am or 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm.

Luggage Policy

Each guest is allowed one 24-inch suitcase and one carry-on bag.
For any extra luggage, an additional fee of 100THB per item will apply.
Baby strollers also incur a charge of 100THB each.
Bicycles will have a supplementary fee of 200THB per bike, payable at check-in on the day of departure.

Informations importantes

On the day of your transfer, please be sure to arrive 20 minutes before the boat departure time at the Rassada Port, counter number 12, located in Ratsada, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000, Thailand.

If you have chosen the pickup option, the local tour operator will contact you via email to confirm the exact pick-up time. Pickups are available only in Phuket Town, Patong, Kata, and Karon.

Once the pickup time is confirmed, please ensure you are ready on time. If you do not show up at the designated time, you will need to go to the pier on your own, and no refund will be provided. If the transfer vehicle is delayed, you can contact the local provider via WhatsApp at +66 980172564.

In the event of bad weather or tidal conditions, the activity will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
