A compatible and unlocked mobile device is all you need - we will handle everything else. Upon collecting the SIM card at the airport shop, our team will activate it for you, enabling you to make calls and access the Internet right away.
Available SIM Card Packages
During the booking process, you can decide between two distinct SIM card packages:
- 10-Day Package: offers 50 GB of data for a seamless 5G Internet experience over the course of 10 days.
- 15-Day Package: provides 30 GB of 5G data valid for 15 days, along with unlimited local voice calls.
With either option, you will also be able to utilize 5 popular messaging applications: Facebook Messenger, Line, WhatsApp, Kakao Talk, and WeChat.
Collection Point
To obtain your SIM card, visit the DTAC counter located at Phuket International Airport. The counter operates daily from 6 am to 11 pm.

Informations importantes
A few hours after booking, you'll receive the PDF voucher from our provider Be my Guest. If you do not receive it within 72 hours, get in touch with us through our contact form.
You'll need to show a copy of the reservation voucher, printed or on your cell phone in order to pick up the card.
You need to pick up the SIM Card at the DTAC counters at Phuket International Airport, open from 6 am to 11 pm daily. You can see the location at this link. Only travelers aged 18 years and above are allowed to collect the SIM card.
It's important to note that the voucher can only be redeemed on the date chosen when booking.
