Embark on a day excursion to Aveiro and Costa Nova, where you will discover a stunning town often referred to as the "Venice of Portugal", along with one of the top-rated beaches in the country.

Details of the Day Trip

We will gather at Calçada de Vandoma, conveniently located next to the Cathedral, before boarding our bus for a journey south to the picturesque town of Aveiro.

After approximately 45 minutes on the road, we will reach Aveiro, where a guided walk through its historic heart awaits. Here, you might be tempted to sample the local delicacy, "Ovos Moles", a delightful treat of egg yolk and sugar encased in delicate rice paper, shaped like shells or fish.

Following our stroll, we will embark on a 45-minute journey aboard a traditional "Moliceiro" boat, reminiscent of the Venetian gondolas, ensuring a serene and memorable experience.

Our next stop is Costa Nova, celebrated as one of Portugal's finest beaches. This charming area is a popular hub for water sports, and we will pause briefly to soak in the landscape and capture striking photographs of the vividly colored houses.

After our adventures, we will return to Porto, concluding the excursion at Rua de Alexandre Herculano following 4 hours of exploration.
