Are you in search of an enjoyable and unique experience in Prague? Step aboard our boat for a 75-minute picturesque cruise along the Vltava River, offering a trip right to the entrance of Prague Zoo. It’s an ideal outing for all ages!

Activity Overview

The adventure begins at Rašín Pier, located centrally in the city. Here, you will embark on the boat and set sail downstream toward the northern vistas. Get ready to enjoy the journey!

Throughout the cruise, the vessel will navigate through the Smíchov locks and glide beneath the renowned Charles Bridge. From your vantage point on deck, you’ll be able to admire breathtaking landmarks such as Prague Castle, Kampa Island, the Letná Gardens, and the famous Metronome. An English audio guide will be available to enrich your experience with insights into the attractions encountered along the way.

Leaving the vibrant city center behind, the boat will transport you past the quieter shores of Holešovice and Libe?, moving under the striking Troja Bridge before making a stop at Císa?ský Island. It’s merely a short stroll to reach the entrance of the zoo from this point.

Founded in 1931, Prague Zoo is a global leader in wildlife conservation. The facility features 10 pavilions and hosts over 150 exhibits, home to more than 5,000 animals. Key attractions include:

Schedule Details

Be aware that the boat schedules may change according to the season:

• From April 1 to 28 and from September 1 to October 13 (outbound): Operations on Saturdays and Sundays only, with departures at 9 am, 12 pm, and 3:30 pm
• From April 29 to August 31 (outbound): Daily departures at 9 am, 12 pm, and 3:30 pm
• Return from the Zoo (Císa?ský Island): Departures at 10:30 am, 1:30 pm, and 5:15 pm
