Tour Overview

Ready for a memorable and exciting experience in Tenerife? Join us for a buggy tour around Teide! At the designated time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto de la Cruz and travel by minibus to our starting location.

Upon arrival, we will go over safety protocols before you take the wheel of your buggy. Your journey will lead you through lush trails that stand in stark contrast to the arid, almost lunar landscapes typical of the island. Our first stop will be La Caldera, where we will marvel at this ancient volcano and its impressive rock formations before continuing onward to Ramón Caminero for a refreshing break.

After recharging, we’ll hop back in our buggies and set off towards Teide National Park. Prepare for an adrenaline rush as we traverse the unique scenery of the area, heading towards the coveted Siete Cañadas, a true natural wonder of Tenerife. The captivating views and rich geological and botanical variety here will leave a lasting impression.

The highlight of the trip is the ascent to an elevation of 2,150 m (7,053 ft), placing us at the foot of El Teide. After capturing stunning photos and soaking in the breathtaking surroundings, we’ll begin our thrilling descent on equally remarkable trails.

We will conclude our buggy journey at the starting point, where a delightful surprise awaits: enjoy a selection of snacks and beverages—the perfect way to share your exhilarating experiences!

Finally, we will escort you back to your hotel in Puerto de la Cruz and conclude our adventure, approximately three hours after we began.

Activity Prerequisites

To operate the buggies, participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Children can accompany as passengers in a specially adapted seat. For the double buggy option, children must be at least 120 cm (3 ft 9) tall; for the four-seater buggy, the minimum age is 3 years.

During your reservation, you can choose a buggy accommodating 1, 2, 4, or 6 passengers. Please note that the listed prices are for the entire vehicle rather than per individual.

We recommend you to wear long pants, closed shoes and comfortable clothes, as well as some warm clothes.
