Our cycling exploration will commence at the designated meeting point in front of the CESEP headquarters. We’ll start our ride through shaded avenues and savor a cup of coffee from Yaroa highlands.

Afterward, we will hop back on our bikes to head towards the cherished Parque Independencia, passing along Callejón Rosado. This picturesque street is lined with Victorian-style homes and leads us to the magnificent San Felipe Cathedral.

Did you know that Dominican amber is regarded as the finest worldwide? We'll delve into its fascinating history and significance at the Puerto Plata Amber Museum, a site even featured in the Jurassic Park movie. Discover the unique qualities that make this natural treasure stand out!

Our journey continues past the fire station and along Murales y Chichiguas Street, a vibrant area where the term "Chichiguas" refers to paper kites—a true celebration of color!

Next, we will stop at Puerto Plata Cigar to learn about the vital roles of Dominican tobacco and coffee in the local economy. We will then cycle along the picturesque Malecon, where the spectacular views of the Atlantic await. Our ride leads us to the Puntilla de Puerto Plata, where we will explore the San Felipe Fortress and its museum for approximately one hour.

As our 3-hour cycling tour of Puerto Plata concludes, we will return to our starting point, cherishing the experiences and sights shared along the way.
