Activity Overview

At the designated time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Puerto Plata and transport you to one of the most exhilarating activities available in northern Dominican Republic. Are you prepared to embark on a thrilling parasailing journey above the Caribbean? Let's get started!

Following a brief safety orientation, we will board the speedboat and navigate through the pristine waters of Puerto Plata, specifically heading towards Playa Dorada, where the parasailing excitement awaits.

While we make our way, we will set up your parasailing gear. Once you are prepared, the real adventure begins! The speedboat will accelerate, lifting you off the ground as the parachute unfurls. Now you’re soaring!

From your aerial vantage point, you will be treated to breathtaking views of the crystal-clear Caribbean waters, taking in sweeping vistas of the palm and coconut tree-fringed beaches. The exhilaration of gliding through the sky, towed by the boat, will create an unforgettable experience.

After around 15 minutes of flight time, we will guide you back to the boat for the return journey to the starting point. We will then bring you back to your hotel, wrapping up the parasailing experience within 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your hotel location.

Essential Information

Participants must weigh between 50 and 180 kg (110-397 lbs). This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with prior back injuries, or those who have undergone recent surgical procedures.
