The Bioparco operates under the following hours:

3rd October - 25th March: Daily, from 9:30 am to 5 pm.
26th March - 2nd October: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6 pm; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, from 9:30 am to 7 pm.

On the day of the activity, you'll be able to access the Bioparco di Roma (V.le del Giardino Zoologico, 1, 00197 Roma RM, Italy) during opening hours:

From 3rd October to 25th March: Every day from 9:30 am to 5 pm.
From 26th March to 2nd October: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6 pm. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 9:30 am to 7 pm.

Please note that last entry is one hour before closing time.
