4 days before the activity, you will be assigned a time for the chosen date of the visit. To find out the time, please write to Alcatraz@bigbustours.com.

The day before the tour, you must pick up your ferry tickets to Alcatraz at Pier 41, Fishermans Wharf (End of Powell Street). Pickup is between 9 am and 5 pm the day before, or at 9:30 am the same day.
