On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the chosen time at Calle Francos, 19, 41004, Sevilla. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.

Entrance to the Real Alcázar de Sevilla not included

The tour does not include the entrance fee to the Real Alcazar of Seville, which costs 15.50EUR per person. Over 65s and students between 17 and 25 years old can pay a reduced ticket for 7EUR; and under 17s and people with disabilities can enter paying a fee of only 1EUR. This fee must be paid on the day of the visit.

Important

Due to internal regulations of the Reales Alcázares and from October 2022, each traveller must carry their official identification documentation (ID card or passport) physically and in hand to access the Palace in order to prove their identity.

Photocopies are not accepted.
Photos of the document on your mobile phone are not allowed.
If you do not have your identity document, you'll be refused access to the monument and will not be able to enjoy your activity.
We will not be held responsible if the traveller does not have their documentation on the day of the visit and the amount paid for the activity will not be refunded if you do not have your ID or passport on the day of the activity.
