Your adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from your accommodation in Saly. From there, we will set off on an intriguing expedition to delve into the customs and lifestyles of Senegal's native populations. Prepare to be immersed in the unique world of either the Serer or Fulani tribes during our visit.

Throughout your experience, you will gain insight into the traditions of the chosen tribe, including their social structure, construction methods for homes and educational buildings, and much more. Our knowledgeable guide will provide valuable context regarding the distinct features of each community. The Serer are recognized as the largest indigenous group in Senegal and predominantly practice Christianity, while the Fulani adhere to Islam and maintain a nomadic lifestyle.

You will have the opportunity to interact with community members, observing their daily activities as they engage in traditional practices such as fishing or herding, which have been passed down through generations. If the timing aligns, you may also explore a lively marketplace offering a variety of handcrafted local goods made by the villagers.

Our return to Saly is scheduled for approximately 12 pm, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
