Georgian Cuisine Cooking Class

Your experience will commence at your selected time outside of Avlabari metro station, leading us to the home of a local Georgian family, where the cooking class takes place.

Under the guidance of Shorena, an expert with over 30 years of culinary experience, you will embark on creating various classic Georgian recipes. The menu features Khinkali, Khachapuri, a dish of aubergines with nuts, a traditional Georgian salad, and cornbread.

You will actively participate in the cooking process by following Shorena's detailed instructions, allowing you to prepare and savor the dishes crafted during the session. To complement the meal, we will serve Georgian sulguni cheese paired with crisp white wine.

As a celebratory gesture, we'll enjoy some Chacha, the renowned Georgian brandy, to toast our culinary achievements! After approximately three hours, we will conclude the class, guiding you to the nearest metro station, conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away. From there, you may continue your journey back to your accommodation or explore the vibrant city.
