Shortly after making your booking, you should receive an email from the local tour provider Be My Guest with a PDF voucher attachment. If for any reason you do not receive this email within 72 hours, please contact us. On the day, you must present a printed or electronic voucher.
You'll have to show this voucher at the Tokyo Skyliner counters at the airport or Ueno and Nippori train stations in order to be given a train ticket.
The counters in Narita International Airport are in the arrivals hall in terminals 1 and 2. They open every day from 7 am to 9 pm.
The counter in Ueno train station opens every day from 5:30 am to 6:15 pm and the counter in Nippori train station opens from 5 am to 11:30 pm.
