Itinerary for the Tangier Day Trip

Your journey begins with a pickup from Hotel Tent in Torremolinos bright and early, followed by a drive to Tarifa, the coastal city in Cadiz, where you'll board the ferry across the Strait of Gibraltar.

Upon reaching Tangier, your Moroccan experience kicks off with a sightseeing bus tour through the New City, showcasing the most opulent parts of the city.

Your exploration continues in the Petit Socco, also known as Souk Dakhli. This charming "Little Square" has a rich history as one of Morocco's key markets, now framed by bustling cafes and historical inns.

Next, you'll delve into the Medina, or Old Town, where you’ll experience the everyday life and traditions of Tangier's residents. Wandering through its winding streets, you will arrive at the Kasbah, a medieval fortress where you can take in stunning views of the port and the bay.

Near the citadel, a well-deserved pause awaits you, featuring a traditional Moroccan lunch. This meal includes Harira soup, beef skewers, chicken or vegetable couscous, Arab tea, and delightful Moroccan pastries, before resuming your guided walking tour to a local bazaar.

As your remarkable day comes to a close, you will return to the ferry terminal to embark on your journey back to Tarifa, concluding with your return to the meeting point in Torremolinos approximately 15 hours later.

Please contact the local tour company before the start of the tour to arrange the exact collection point and time 48 hours beforehand. Phone 0034 95 210 5996 Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm.

The meeting point in Torremolinos is at Hotel Tent, located at Calle Hoyo, 28. Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand.
