Grouse Mountain Excursion

After your hotel pickup, we'll journey north towards the mountains just beyond the city limits. Our route will take us across the iconic Lions Gate Bridge, offering spectacular views along the picturesque drive.

We will first arrive at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Here, you'll have the opportunity to traverse the longest pedestrian suspension bridge globally. As you walk across, you'll be suspended above a timeless cedar forest and the Capilano River below. During our visit to this park, take in the stunning vistas, appreciate the artwork of the First Nations, and experience excitement at the Cliffwalk attraction.

Next, we will proceed to the river's edge to explore a salmon hatchery. Here, we will discover the various salmon species inhabiting this part of Canada and learn about the challenges they face during their breeding process. Guests will observe the hatching process and the young fish before they are set free into the nearby river.

Our journey will lead us to the breathtaking Grouse Mountain, where we will ascend via the cable car to the summit. The Skyride provides stunning views that shift as we rise. At the peak, you can explore the Wildlife Refuge, admire impressive chainsaw sculptures, and gain insights into local wildlife at the Theatre in the Sky.

Once we have fully embraced the natural beauty surrounding Vancouver, we will return to your hotel, completing the tour in approximately 6.5 hours.
