Guided Tour of Washington DC

After meeting at the US Navy Memorial, we will begin our guided tour heading towards the United States Capitol. We will pass by the National Archives, home to historic documents such as the original Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

Next, we'll admire the façades of the Newseum, Canadian Embassy, and National Gallery of Art before reaching the Capitol building. We will enjoy a panoramic view of the Smithsonian Museums and the Washington Monument, both located on the National Mall.

The tour continues with a visit to the beautiful botanical garden, Ulysses S Grant Memorial, Robert F. Kennedy Department of Justice, and the FBI building, culminating at the White House. We will stroll past the Eisenhower Executive Office Building and Lafayette Park, admiring monuments such as the World War II Memorial and the American Red Cross National Headquarters.

We will see the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial across the Tidal Basin and have the opportunity to visit the Lincoln Memorial for a close-up view of the iconic statue. A short walk leads us to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial.

The three-hour tour will conclude back at the US Navy Memorial at around 1 pm.
