Algarve 4x4 Day Expedition

Your journey starts with a pickup from your accommodation in Alvor and surrounding areas. Once aboard the 4x4 vehicle, we will set off towards the southern region of Portugal, known as the Algarve.

During our expedition, we will take in the sights of creeks, hills, valleys, and clearings in the Monchique area. The path continues along various trails and unpaved routes, guiding us to some of the most secluded and breathtaking locations within the Algarve's rural landscape.

Our next destination is a distillery near Monchique, where you'll discover the process of making medronho. Here, a tasting of this delightful liquor crafted from strawberry trees will be included! Furthermore, we will gain insights into the art of honey production.

Afterward, we will visit a local restaurant for a traditional Portuguese lunch. The menu will feature various regional specialties from the Algarve, celebrated for its unique blend of Mediterranean and Arabian culinary traditions, creating a delightful taste experience.

Post-lunch, our exploration continues as we venture through the Algarve areas surrounding Alvor, wrapping up our adventure at 4 pm when we will return to your hotel.
