Orchid Farm Tour

Your journey begins with a pickup at 8 am from your hotel in Armenia, followed by a scenic drive to a picturesque location in the Caldas department, situated west of Manizales.

After approximately an hour and a half on the road, we will reach this family-owned farm dedicated to the conservation of wildlife. Here, you will embark on a tranquil stroll through the stunning landscapes of the property, taking in its rich biodiversity. This site also features a bird sanctuary!

Next, we will enjoy a guided exploration of the orchid and cactus nurseries, where the dedicated farm staff will demonstrate the care needed for these exquisite plants.

Throughout the visit, you'll uncover fascinating facts about orchids, celebrated for their beauty and striking appearance. This farm is home to nearly 3,000 varieties of orchids!

After the tour, you'll have leisure time to enjoy lunch, continue exploring the area, and learn more about the conservation initiatives of the hacienda. Finally, we will return to Armenia, dropping you off at your hotel by 5 pm.
