Upon entering the venue, we will be seated and embark on this exquisite Iberian ham tasting in Barcelona. This experience takes you on a cultural journey through Spanish cuisine. You will savor two varieties of ham: Gran Reserva and 50% Ibérico de Cebo, engaging with their distinct flavors and textures. The tasting will include a glass of cava, wine, beer, or a soft drink, based on your choice, accompanied by breadsticks.

As you relish these treats, the attentive staff will provide insights regarding the ham and the various products featured in the tasting. This delightful experience will take place in a warm and authentic setting, mere steps from the Sagrada Familia.

After the 30-minute tasting concludes, we will bid farewell, and if you desire, you are welcome to explore additional products on your own.

During this 1.5-hour session, you will sample seven different types and grades of Iberian ham, from the mildest and sweetest to the richest and most intense flavors. Your tasting will include Gran Reserva, the esteemed Ibérico Bellota 100%, Ibérico Cebo 50%, and Ibérico Campo 50%.

The attendants will elucidate the importance of slicing, curation techniques, and how the pig's diet influences each ham variety.
