Pools & Facilities
The Széchenyi Spa provides a range of wellness experiences, including 15 indoor thermal pools, 3 outdoor pools, a jacuzzi pool, 10 saunas and steam rooms, massage rooms, aquagym sessions, and various beauty and anti-cellulite treatments.
With this ticket, you’ll gain access to all these facilities in one of Budapest’s iconic spots for rest and rejuvenation.
Opening Times
The Széchenyi Spa is open every day of the year at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: from 7 am to 8 pm, last admission one hour before closing.
- Saturdays and Sundays: from 8 am to 8 pm, last admission one hour before closing.

Informazioni importanti
After booking, we'll send you your official tickets with a QR code 2836 via email. If you don't receive an email, be sure to check your spam folder. You'll then be able to enter the spa from Állatkerti krt. 9-11, in front of the Budapest Zoo, and scan your QR codes at the ticket office inside the building.
Next to the entrance of the spa, you will find the Széchenyi fürdő metro station. This stop is on the M1 line (the yellow one).

Skip-the-Line Entry
The Széchenyi Spa is a tourist attraction visited daily by many people. By booking this ticket, you can make the most of your visit and avoid the long queues at the ticket office. However, you'll have to queue to scan your QR code for entry.
Partial Closures
The pools and saunas are subject to regular maintenance; therefore, it's possible that they will be temporarily unavailable for 1 or 2 days. No refund will be given if 1 out of the 10 pools is closed.
What to Bring
To access the spa facilities, the use of flip-flops is mandatory, as is the use of a bathing cap in the main pool. The spa does not provide any kind of equipment, so please bring your own bathrobe, towel, shampoo, shower gel, etc.
Your ticket includes the use of lockers. However, you can choose to rent a cabin (instead of a locker), which can be shared by up to 2 people. The price is 1000 HUF.
Important Info
On December 24, 25, 26 and 31, and January 1, opening hours are reduced, so we recommend attending another day.
If you want to hire additional services at the spa, you must pay in the local currency.
The spa reserves the right to close any indoor or outdoor swimming pool or other facilities for maintenance.
