Our meeting point will be outside the Poste Maroc in Chefchaouen at the designated time. Are you prepared to embark on this enjoyable cooking journey?

Your experience will commence with a friendly welcome from a skilled local chef, who will guide you through Morocco's rich culinary heritage, highlighting the unique flavors of Chefchaouen. The chef will introduce the dishes we will create during our time together: tagine, couscous, and Moroccan salads.

Following this, we’ll embark on a brief stroll to the Medina market. This excursion is vital for sourcing fresh ingredients. Accompanied by our chef, you will discover spices, herbs, and local specialties. Additionally, you'll receive valuable advice on how to select the best ingredients and be introduced to various local producers.

Once our shopping is complete, we will return to our culinary space for an engaging hands-on cooking session. With the chef’s expertise and clear, step-by-step guidance, you'll prepare a range of Moroccan dishes such as a classic tagine featuring either meat or vegetables, seasonal couscous, along with delicious salads and appetizers. You'll learn to blend spices, apply traditional cooking techniques, and harmonize flavors. This will be a delightful experience!

We will conclude the activity with a tasting session, where you will savor the delightful dishes you’ve crafted, complemented by Moroccan bread and soothing mint tea. A true culinary delight!
