After making your booking, you'll be sent the ticket which must be shown before getting on the train. It's important that these tickets are validated on the Trenitalia app before the activity begins. The train will depart from the Civitavecchia train station (00053 Civitavecchia, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, Italy).
Please be at the train station at least 20 minutes before the train departs.

Colosseum
To access the Colosseum you must present the nominative ticket (i.e. with the name of each individual wishing to enter). Therefore, once you've made your booking, the tour provider will then get in contact with you to confirm the names of those entering the site.
Once this process has been completed, the tickets to the Colosseum will be sent to the email that was provided when the booking was made.
Restrictions on backpacks and other items: large backpacks, long umbrellas and other bulky items are not permitted inside the Colosseum. We also recommend that you check the Colosseum's admission rules before your visit.
