This tourist card enables you to board and disembark as often as desired for durations of 24, 48, 72, 96, or 120 hours across trains, buses, and subways within the Copenhagen Region.
Additionally, this card grants free travel to and from the Copenhagen airport. It also covers train journeys to picturesque cities like Roskilde, Hillerød, and Helsingør, where you'll find attractions such as the Viking Ship Museum, Frederiksborg Castle, and Kronborg Castle.
Activation Process
The Copenhagen Card-Discover is entirely digital. You can conveniently download their complimentary app for iOS or Android.
After downloading the app, simply input the 8-character code found on your booking voucher alongside the Supplier Reference. When ready to use public transport or visit a museum or landmark, activate your card.
Activation time begins as soon as you activate the card. It is advisable to wait until you intend to utilize public transport or visit an attraction before activation. Keep in mind, the card must be activated and validated to enter attractions and avoid penalties.
Note that you can visit each attraction just once.

Once you download the app, all you have to do is enter the 8-character code on this booking voucher with the name Supplier Reference. When you want to start using public transport or accessing a museum or monument, you must activate the card.
The validity period of the card starts counting from the moment it is activated. Therefore, wait until you need to use public transportation or visit an attraction for the first time to activate it. Remember that when you use public transportation, the card must be activated and you must validate it when you access the attraction to avoid incurring fines.
You'll only be able to access each attraction once.
Local holidays may affect the openings of some of the attractions included in the card. Holiday closures will not be grounds for a partial or full refund of the card price. Many museums are closed on Mondays, so please check the website of each museum or attraction before visiting.
People with disabilities
A disabled person (adult or youth) in possession of a Copenhagen Card may bring one companion (adult or youth) free of charge. It's not necessary to provide a disability ID when applying for the Copenhagen Card. However, they must bring their disability ID (in English) or legal documents explaining the need to bring a companion.
