At the designated time, we will gather on Suncoast Boulevard and commence an extraordinary adventure of swimming alongside manatees, an essential activity for anyone visiting Crystal River, Florida.

Your adventure begins as we board a boat that will navigate through the Indian River to Crystal River. Keep your eyes peeled! As we enjoy the stunning landscape, we may spot dolphins, river otters, bald eagles, and other fascinating wildlife.

Upon arrival at the ideal location for manatee swimming, it’s time to immerse yourself! With your snorkel gear ready, you will enter the waters of Crystal River to seek out these unique marine animals.

You’ll have ample opportunity to swim beside these charming creatures and witness them in their natural environment. Interestingly, they feed mainly on seagrass, can grow up to 4 meters (13 feet), and weigh as much as 600 kilograms (1,322 pounds). Be prepared to discover many intriguing facts!

Rest assured, these gentle beings are highly docile and accustomed to human presence. If time permits after our swim, we'll visit the stunning Three Sisters Spring, a picturesque area boasting crystal clear waters.

After an exhilarating three hours of exploration, we will return to the meeting point to conclude our adventure.
