Tour Overview
Our gathering point will be at the specified location on the corner of Plaza de Armas and Avenida El Sol to initiate our complimentary evening expedition in Cusco. Are you prepared to unveil the wonders of the Imperial City beneath the night sky?
We will commence our adventure at the Plaza de Armas of Cusco, taking in the stunning exteriors of the impressive Catedral de Cusco and the Iglesia de la Compañía de Jesús. The splendor of these structures is sure to leave you in awe! Subsequently, we’ll meander along Calle Loreto, known as Inti Kiqllu, the last-standing Inca road, where we will discuss the remarkable edifices of Acclla Wasi and Amarucancha.
Next, we will arrive at the esplanade of Qorikancha, famously known as the “Golden Temple,” the paramount sanctuary in Incan culture. Following this, we will delve into the exterior of the Palace of Pachacútec to uncover stories about this significant historical figure.
As we continue, we will pass the Palacio Arzobispal (formerly the Palacio del Inca Roca) and stroll through the renowned Calle Hatun Rumiyoc, where you can marvel at the fascinating twelve-angled stone. This is a true masterpiece of Incan engineering! Our journey will proceed into San Blas, a neighborhood celebrated for its artisans. Here, you’ll get to appreciate local craftsmanship and visit the residence of the Olave family, all while exploring the delightful streets dating back to the 16th century.
To conclude our tour, we'll take a short walk to a viewpoint near the Iglesia de San Blas, allowing you to relish breathtaking vistas of the illuminated city of Cusco. Our intimate 2-hour excursion will finish here as we exchange farewells.

On the day of the activity, the guide will be waiting for you on the corner of Plaza de Armas of Cusco with Avenida El Sol, in front of the Iglesia de la Compañía de Jesús. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the designated time.
The guide will be wearing a purple T-shirt and will have a purple umbrella. Both the T-shirt and umbrella will have the logo of Free Tour Cusco.
