Our journey begins in the picturesque San Blas Square, one of Cusco's most delightful locations. Are you ready to immerse yourself in the narrative of Peru’s most renowned liquor?

During this pisco tour, we will visit three significant venues in Cusco to examine every aspect of this traditional drink, from its historical roots to innovative modern interpretations. Our first destination will be La Taberna, a gourmet bar belonging to Pachapapa, where we will delve into the history of pisco and its fermentation process.

Following this informative introduction, we will partake in a tasting of three essential piscos and observe a live demonstration of the signature drink, the Tumbo Sour, prepared by a skilled bartender. Our next stop will be Kion, a restaurant celebrated for its fusion of Peruvian and Cantonese cuisine. Here, we’ll learn to craft a remarkable cocktail: the Ten Cantalá, which combines pisco with ginger and lychee, merging flavors from different continents in one glass.

We will wrap up this 2-hour experience at the centrally located Inkagrill, where we will enjoy the classic Capitán cocktail, the perfect way to toast to our spirited exploration of Cusco's cocktail culture.
