On the day of the activity, you can redeem your ticket at Alhambra Entradas | My Top Tour (P.º de la Sabica, 32, Centro, 18009 Granada). You can see the exact location at this Google Maps link. They will also give you your audio guide there.
Important Info
- You must bring a valid passport or ID, as they may require it at one of the entrances to the monument.
- You must be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the start of the tour. When you pick up the audio guide, you'll have to leave a deposit of 50EUR per audio guide. This deposit will be returned to you once you hand over the device, after checking that it is in perfect condition.
- If you prefer, you can use the audioguide in digital format through an app, which you'll be able to access via a QR code provided by the local tour company along with your login credentials.
