A Journey on the Amazon River

We will commence our adventure by collecting you from your accommodations in Iquitos, then venture into the heart of the jungle where a boat will be ready to take us along the renowned Amazon River. Our journey will begin with an experienced guide who will navigate this tropical wonderland.

As we travel, be prepared to marvel at the thick jungles that dominate the landscape of Peru. In addition to the rich vegetation lining the riverbanks, you’ll encounter the remarkable floating victorias regas, renowned for being the largest leaves globally.

Wildlife will abound, with opportunities to spot species such as the lion marmoset monkey, the sloth, the poison dart frog, and the black caiman. We’ll explore an authentic serpentarium that hosts intriguing snakes, including the imposing anaconda, among other local wildlife thriving in its natural environment.

Prior to departing from the serpent exhibit, you will have the chance to sample local liquors crafted from tree bark. A satisfying meal at a nearby restaurant will follow, further connecting you with local flavors.
