For those eager to explore a hidden gem in La Hermida, the exceptional spa experience awaits. Embark on a 1 hour and 20 minute journey featuring the mineral-medicinal waters that La Hermida is renowned for and indulge in a choice of up to 18 different therapies. You will emerge completely refreshed and at peace.
During your time at the spa, you’ll gain access to a range of facilities including the humid thermal area, the bi-thermal walking bath, and the dry sauna. Additional features include cold immersion baths, the spring steamer, cold mist, a Jacuzzi, five different showers, and a fully equipped dynamic pool—everything you need for a perfect day of relaxation.
Moreover, it’s worth noting that the waters at La Hermida carry therapeutic benefits. Sourced from three springs, these hyperthermal sodium chloride waters range from 55 to 60 degrees and are celebrated for their restorative effects on the body.

The La Hermida spa welcomes guests daily from 9 am to 12 pm and again from 4:30 pm to 6 pm.
