The adventure commences at 10 am in front of the Tourist Office situated in the renowned Place Bellecour, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience tailored for wine enthusiasts.
Following a brief drive of approximately 30 minutes to the south, you will find yourself amidst the esteemed Côte-Rôtie vineyards. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, you’ll traverse the steep inclines where the vines thrive, gaining insights into what renders this controlled designation of origin red wine so remarkable. To enhance this segment of the journey, you will have the chance to sample between 5 and 6 wines, including renowned varieties such as Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, and of course, Côte-Rôtie. After this immersive experience, you will enjoy an hour of freedom to explore the winery, its surrounding vineyards, and indulge in local culinary delights before proceeding toward the Hermitage vineyards.
