This voucher is not a ticket and cannot be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access tourist attractions.

In your confirmation e-mail, you'll find an attached PDF file. Please check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, you can contact us through our web form.

Downloading the electronic pass will not activate it. To use the Liverpool Pass, you can present the QR code that appears on your printed or electronic pass at the entrance to one of the attractions:

• Printed voucher: Download and print the PDF with the passes and the city guide.
• E-voucher: Download and save the PDF compatible with mobile devices to quickly open it and show it on your phone to get into the attractions.

Special Times

• On June 2-4, the British Music Experience will be closed
• On June 4, 7, 24, 25, and 28, the Liverpool FC Museum will be closed

It's the yellow one! Please visit the stops at Albert Dock (Gower Street) or Pier Head (Canada Boulevard) to start your journey and scan your pass.

Important Info

The Liverpool Pass is personal, non-transferable, and valid for consecutive calendar days only.

Although a start date is requested when booking, you can use the service for 12 months from the date indicated. The card is activated upon first use. It is recommended to activate it first thing in the morning in order to take full advantage of its use. It will be automatically deactivated after 24 or 48 hours of use, depending on which option you've booked.

The Liverpool Pass gives you access to attractions for 1 or 2 consecutive days after purchase until its validity expires. However, the card allows access to the attractions only once. Visits to the facilities are voluntary and are the responsibility of the cardholder.

Local holidays may affect the openings of some of the attractions included in the card. Holiday closures will not be grounds for a partial or full refund of the card price. Also, some attractions require advance booking, so we recommend you check them on the official Liverpool Pass website: https://liverpoolpass.co.uk/attractions-1. There, you'll also find a section called 'Plan your day' that will help you make the most of the card.
