The London Pass is a sightseeing card that offers access to 90 attractions in London, including notable sites like Westminster Abbey, The Tower of London, and a cruise down the River Thames. It presents a cost-effective way to explore London's key attractions at your own pace. The most popular attractions included are:

How Does It Work?
The validity of the London Pass card begins when it is used for the first time. From that moment, you can use it for the contracted days consecutively. A starting day is requested at booking, but you may use the service for 12 months following the date of purchase.

This voucher is not a ticket and can not be redeemed for a physical ticket or used to access any of the tourist attractions.
In your confirmation e-mail, you'll find a PDF attached. You must check that the file contains the passes acquired with a unique QR code for each user. In the case of not receiving the PDF, please contact us via our web form.
The download of the electronic pass will not activate it. To be able to use your tourist card, you must show it to an employee the QR code that appears in your printed or electronic pass at the entrance of each attraction.
- Printed voucher: You must download and print the PDF with the passes and the city guide.
- Electronic voucher: You must save the PDF on your smartphone and display it on your mobile to access the attractions.
How Does It Work?
The pass is for one person only and is non-transferrable. It is only valid on consecutive days.
The pass is validated the first time you use it. We strongly encourage you to validate it first thing in the morning to make the most of this Sightseeing pass. Please contact customer service: +44 0207 293 0972 if you cannot use the card.
The pass offers access to all the attractions included in the Pass one time only. Visits to the attractions are voluntary and are the responsibility of the cardholder.

Public holidays can affect the opening times of some attractions included in the Pass. The total or partial cost of the tourist card will not be refunded if the attractions are closed during the public holidays.
