Your adventure begins at 6:30 am when we pick you up from your hotel in Manta. Together, we will travel by minibus to Machalilla National Park, recognized as one of the Ecuadorian coast's most cherished natural reserves. As we journey along the coastline, take in the breathtaking ocean vistas until we reach Puerto López, where we'll board a boat bound for Plata Island.

As we depart from the Manabí coast, we will make our way to the island known as "the small Galapagos". This is your chance to observe exotic birds and, depending on the time of year, you might spot humpback whales, which visit every summer from Antarctica.

Upon our arrival at Plata Island, prepare to marvel at the dramatic cliffs formed by volcanic rock and the rich array of vegetation. We will discuss some of the island's most notable residents, including sea turtles, which thrive in this unique biodiversity oasis.

Afterward, we will return to the boat where you can savor a lunch on board while cruising back to Puerto Lopez. Enjoy a delightful local dish complemented by a dessert! Once back, you will have some free time to wander around the town before we gather again to head back to Manta, with an arrival time at your hotel around 2:30 pm.
