Manuel Antonio National Park Guided Tour
Descrizione
Embark on an unforgettable animal observation experience deep within the lush tropical jungles of Costa Rica, where you will uncover the remarkable biodiversity of Manuel Antonio National Park.
Activity Information
At the arranged time, we will convene at the restaurant Donde Alex. After gathering, we will take a brief walk to the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park.
Covering more than 4,695 acres (1,900 hectares) of terrestrial area and an extensive marine zone of over 123,552 acres (50,000 hectares), this nature sanctuary stands out as one of the most biodiverse locations on our planet. Here, a stunning blend of tropical rainforest, pristine beaches, and vibrant coral reefs awaits exploration.
Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide and equipped with binoculars for wildlife viewing, we will embark on a leisurely stroll along the trails, seeking out the diverse array of wildlife this park hosts, which includes 352 species of birds, 109 different mammals, and a rich variety of marine life.
Throughout our journey, you will have the opportunity to spot two types of sloths—the two-toed and three-toed variants—as well as three monkey species: the Panamanian white-faced capuchin, the squirrel monkey, and the howler monkey. You'll also encounter fascinating iguanas. Among the avian residents, expect to see the emerald toucanet, the green kingfisher, the Eurasian sparrowhawk, and the grey-cowled wood rail.
After two enriching hours learning about the flora and fauna of Costa Rica, we will conclude our adventure at Manuel Antonio Beach, renowned as one of the finest beaches in Central America, where you are welcome to spend the remainder of your day.
