Legends of Mexico City Tour
Our adventure begins as we gather with our English and Spanish-speaking guide at the entrance of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, where our exploration of downtown Mexico City kicks off. Prepare to delve into the most haunting tales of the city!
Our first stop is the Santa Catarina Church, where we will unveil the story of a father who prayed alongside spirits. From there, we will continue our journey to Santo Domingo Square, home to its namesake church and a chilling tale rooted in the history of the Holy Inquisition, particularly the account of Sister Casilda.
We will also visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, a site rich with legends. Did you know that a portion of the city center was submerged for five years back in the 17th century?
As we stand before the famed Casa de Los Azulejos and the Convent of the Conception, we will uncover astonishing secrets that are bound to astonish you. Additionally, we’ll explore the intriguing tales of Doña Felipa and a pre-Hispanic sorceress.
Our mystical journey concludes as we return to our starting point approximately two and a half hours after the tour begins.
