Naples Guided Tour

At 8:15 am we'll pick you up at your hotel or at the train station to begin this tour around Naples lasting approximately 2 hours.

Our first stop will be at Naples Cathedral, home to the oldest Western baptistery, decorated with Early Christian artwork from the 4th century. We'll view the Tesoro Bell Tower, featuring 52 silver statues, notably the San Genaro Statue, whose dried blood liquefies three times a year: the first weekend of May, September 19th, and December 16th.

Nearby, we will see the artistic value of the Basílica de Santa Restituta. Our bus tour continues to the Piazza del Plebiscito, where Naples' Royal Palace and the biggest library in southern Italy are located.

In the same square, we can admire the Church of San Francisco de Paola, before proceeding to Piazza Municipio, dominated by the Castel Nuovo, an important defensive monument. Discover stories of its history, including attacks by Gonzalo Fernandez de Córdoba in the 16th century.

The final stop will be at the Posillipo viewpoint, offering exceptional views of Naples. Around 10:20 am, we will return to the city center, concluding the tour.

Cruises

This excursion is available for cruise passengers, departing at 8 am from Naples port. The meeting point is the Terminal Passageri in the Stazione Maritima. When making your reservation, please specify this in the "hotel pickup" field.

Note that pickup at the port is only for cruise passengers. If staying in the city, we will pick you up at your hotel or train station, outside the Star Hotel Terminus in Plaza Garibaldi.
